Reading Fluency Groups Chart

 I finally made my reading fluency groups! I used this chart to record my students reading fluency scores by groups. Students practice reading fluently daily. Every three weeks I test their fluency and use this chart to rearrange or place them in groups. It is a great chart to maintain a record of the changes in each group. You can record WPM and date.
